Ingredients

- Urad Dal(Black lentils)
- Coconut fine
- Toddy (Palm wine
- or Dry yeast)
- Sugar
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
- Soak Indica rice and Urad Dal, puree smoothly in a mixer.
- Add grated coconut, sugar, salt, and 'Toddy (palm wine, or dry yeast sub)' to paste, leave at room temp overnight to ferment bubbling.
- Oil small round molds (or bowls), pour fermented batter to 80% full. Steam for 15-
- mins until a skewer comes out clean to finish.
