  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar until whitish, add coconut milk, wheat flour, nutmeg powder, salt to make smooth crepe-like batter.
  2. Generously Ghee a cake mold, pour
  3. ladle of batter, bake with oven top heat until surface browns.
  4. Brush Ghee on the baked layer, pour batter thinly, bake again. Patiently repeat 'pour batter -> bake -> brush Ghee' for 7-
  5. layers, cool, slice to finish.
