- Sugar
- Cardamom
- Rose water
- Water
Instructions
- Add lemon juice to warm milk to curdle, strain through cloth to make homemade cottage cheese (Chhena).
- Firmly drain Chhena, knead smoothly with palm heels until oil oozes, roll into small balls.
- Boil massive water, sugar, cardamom powder in a pot, toss in cheese balls. Cover, boil ~
