Instructions
- Wash rice, soak in a little water.
- Boil milk in a pot, add rice, simmer slowly on low stirring constantly to avoid burning until rice softly crumbles and milk thickens.
- Add sugar, cardamom, saffron, Ghee-fried cashews and raisins; mix until melded to finish.
