Ingredients

  • Milk powder
  • Condensed milk
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Saffron
  • Pistachios
  • Ghee

Instructions

  1. Put Khoa (milk solids, or substitute with milk powder and condensed milk) in a pot, fry on low without burning.
  2. Add sugar, cardamom, a little saffron liquid, knead until dough pulls from pot sides.
  3. Cool slightly, grease hands with Ghee, roll dough into bite-sized balls, press center lightly with thumb to flatten slightly. Top indent with pistachio to finish.
