Instructions
- Add lemon juice to milk to curdle, making homemade cottage cheese (Chhena).
- Put Chhena and sweetened condensed milk in a pot, stir constantly on medium until moisture evaporates and it forms a mass.
- Add cardamom, remove from heat, spread flat in a buttered mold. Scatter crushed pistachios, chill to set, slice to finish.
