- Dry-roast chickpea flour (Besan) fragrantly in a pan.
- Boil sugar and water into syrup in another pot, add roasted chickpea flour, mixing without lumps.
- Constantly stir while gradually pouring massive piping hot Ghee melted on another stove into the batter. When batter bubbles and pulls from pot, pour into an oiled mold, cool and set to finish.
