Instructions
- Soak basil seeds (Sabja) to puff like jelly, boil and chill ultra-thin cornstarch noodles (Falooda Sev).
- Pour rose syrup at the bottom of a tall glass, layer basil seeds, thin noodles, colored jelly.
- Pour cold milk over it, top with vanilla ice cream (or Kulfi), scatter pistachios and almonds to finish.
