- Curdle warm milk with lemon juice to make homemade cheese (Chhena), drain.
- Knead Chhena, sugar, semolina, cardamom powder, cashews, raisins, Ghee well in a bowl.
- Line a cake mold with banana leaves, pour batter, bake in 180°C oven for 45-
- mins until surface chars dark caramel to finish.
