  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Heavy cream(or Custard)
  • Almonds

Instructions

  1. Soak dried apricots (with pits) overnight to soften, remove pits (*Save the kernels inside the pits to use as topping later).
  2. Put apricots, soaking water, sugar in a pot; simmer until moisture evaporates and it becomes a jam-like paste.
  3. Serve in a bowl, top with the saved pit kernels (or almonds) and generous heavy cream (or custard) to finish.
