- Sprouted wheat flour(Daliya)
- Milk
- Plain yogurt
- Sugar
- Ghee
- Cashew nuts
- Almonds
- Cocoa powder
- Cardamom
Instructions
- Add a little yogurt (or lemon juice) to milk to curdle slightly, add sprouted wheat flour (Daliya), simmer slowly on low.
- As moisture reduces, add sugar, cocoa powder (for color), Ghee; knead constantly until dough pulls from pot and becomes gooey caramel.
- Mix in cashews, almonds, cardamom; press into an oiled mold. Once cooled and set, cut into squares to finish.
