Instructions
- Cut crusts off sliced bread, cut diagonally into triangles. Heat Ghee in a pan, shallow-fry both sides crispy golden.
- Dip fried bread briefly in syrup boiled from sugar, water, cardamom, saffron; place on a plate.
- Pour rich milk sauce (Rabri) boiled down to half volume generously over the bread, scatter pistachios and almonds to finish.
