- Wheat flour(or Urad Dal flour)
- Ghee
- Brown sugar(Jaggery)
- Almonds
- Cashew nuts
- Raisins
- Cardamom
Instructions
- Heat massive Ghee in a pan, add wheat flour (or Urad Dal flour), fry slowly on low until flour turns deep brown and releases a nutty aroma.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, mix well with powdered brown sugar (Jaggery), cardamom powder, crushed almonds, cashews, raisins.
- While dough binds with Ghee fat, squeeze firmly with palms into ping-pong balls (or flat circles) to finish.
