- Milk
- Sugar(or Brown sugar)
- Plain yogurt(as starter)
Instructions
- Put milk in a pot, boil down to half volume.
- Caramelize sugar in another pan, add to boiled milk to dissolve, cool to body temp (*Can use brown sugar instead).
- Mix a little plain yogurt (starter), pour into a clay pot (or bowl). Leave in a warm place overnight to ferment, chill ice-cold in fridge once set to finish.
