  • Khoa(or Milk powder)
  • Coconut fine
  • Sugar
  • Almonds
  • Cardamom
  • Ghee
  • Frying oil
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Briefly fry Khoa (or milk powder), coconut fine, crushed almonds, sugar, cardamom to make filling.
  2. Mix wheat flour, Ghee, water into dough, roll into thin circles.
  3. Place filling in center, fold in half, pinch and beautifully twist edges (or press with fork) closing into half-moon dumpling shape. Fry in low-temp oil until both sides are golden and crispy to finish.
