Ingredients

  • White sesame
  • Peanuts
  • Brown sugar(Jaggery)
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Dry-roast white sesame and peanuts fragrantly, crush peanuts coarsely.
  2. Boil brown sugar (Jaggery), a little water, Ghee in a pot until syrup hits 'hard crack' stage breaking crisply when dropped in cold water.
  3. Remove from heat, quickly mix cardamom, sesame, peanuts; spread instantly on an oiled surface, roll ultra-thin with a pin. Score into squares with a knife before it sets, cool to finish.
