  2. Put sugar and a little water in a pan, boil down to slightly thick syrup, add cardamom and rose water.
  3. Toss Paneer into syrup, stir constantly and gently on low. When syrup moisture completely evaporates and white crispy sugar crystals cling to Paneer surfaces, remove from heat to finish.
