- Semolina(Sooji/Rava)
- Sugar
- Ghee
- Milk(or Water)
- Cardamom
- Cashew nuts
- Raisins
Instructions
- Heat Ghee in a pan, add semolina (Sooji), dry-roast on low until faintly golden and fragrant.
- Boil water (or milk) and sugar in a small pot to make syrup, add cardamom powder.
- Gradually pour hot syrup into the roasted semolina pot, stir quickly without lumps. Once powder absorbs moisture into a fluffy paste, remove from heat, garnish with cashews and raisins to finish.
