- White sesame
- Brown sugar(Jaggery)
- Peanuts
- Ghee
- Cardamom
- Water
Instructions
- Dry-roast white sesame in a pan until it pops fragrantly, remove to a bowl. Lightly fry crushed peanuts.
- Boil brown sugar (Jaggery), a little water, Ghee in a pot; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Pour boiled syrup into sesame/peanut bowl, add cardamom powder, mix quickly. Wet (or oil) hands slightly, squeeze firmly into balls while hot avoiding burns to finish.
