Ingredients

  • Sprouted wheat flour(Angoori)
  • Wheat flour(Maida)
  • Sugar
  • Ghee
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios
  • Cardamom
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Boil water and sugar in a pot to make syrup.
  2. Add water-dissolved sprouted wheat flour (Angoori) and refined wheat flour (Maida) to syrup, stir constantly on low.
  3. As batter binds, gradually add massive Ghee, keep kneading for hours until color turns deep amber and it becomes very hard and sticky. Pour into round molds lined with almonds/pistachios, cool to set into solid discs to finish.
