Ingredients

  • Paneer(or Chhena)
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Saffron
  • Cardamom
  • Rose water
  • Pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Lemon juice
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Add lemon juice to warm milk to make homemade cheese (Chhena), drain, knead extremely smooth. Mix a little saffron liquid to dye dough yellow.
  2. Roll dough larger than ping-pong balls, indent center, stuff crushed pistachios, almonds, cardamom, close cleanly without cracks.
