Trivia

[Hardcore] Unlike North India's tea (Chai) culture, South India has an overwhelming 'coffee culture'. Mixing chicory creates unique bitterness/richness; the 'Meter Coffee' performance pouring milk from nearly 1m high is a must-see.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] Deftly pinch the edge of the too-hot-to-hold stainless cup (Dabarah) with fingertips, slurping audibly with the fluffy foam!
