- Sugar(or Brown sugar)
- Cumin powder
- Black salt
- Mint leaves
- Water
- Ice
Instructions
- Boil (or steam) green mango whole until soft. Cool slightly, peel, scrape out flesh to a paste.
- Mix mango paste, sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, minted paste to make syrup base.
- Put a few tbsp of base in a glass, pour cold water and ice, stir well to finish.
