  • Baking soda
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pistachios
  • Almonds
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Put Kashmiri green tea leaves, water, baking soda in a pot; boil long (~40-
  2. mins) until water turns dark red, adding cold water midway to aerate.
  3. Once tea is deep wine red, add milk and salt and boil. Mixing milk instantly turns it vibrant pink.
  4. Pour into a bowl, float crushed pistachios/almonds if desired to finish.
