Instructions

  1. Peel fresh hard sugarcane stalks.
  2. Sandwich raw ginger pieces/mint leaves along with sugarcane stalks into a special roller press, crush to squeeze juice.
  3. Sprinkle lemon juice and black salt into the freshly squeezed greenish juice, pour into a glass with ice to finish.
