Instructions
- Boil water in a pot, grate (or crush in a mortar) raw ginger with skin and add.
- Add tea leaves and sugar, boil firmly for minutes until ginger heat is extracted.
- Add milk, lower heat when it boils and foam rises to edges. Repeat a few times, strain to finish.
