  • Sparkling water(or sweet lemon soda)
  • Black salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Black pepper
  • Chaat masala
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Squeeze lemon juice into a glass, add black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, chaat masala.
  2. Put plenty of ice in the glass.
  3. Right before drinking, vigorously pour well-chilled strong sparkling water (or lemon soda like Sprite), stir quickly before foam overflows to finish.
