Recipe

Ingredients

  • Dried Kokum(fruit)
  • Sugar
  • Cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Soak dried Kokum in lukewarm water for ~
  2. hour, rub well by hand to firmly extract the vivid red essence (acidity).
  3. Strain essence, add sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt to make syrup.
  4. Put a few tbsp of syrup in a glass, pour plenty of ice and cold water (or sparkling water), stir well to finish.
