  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Ginger
  • Water
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil water, crushed cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger in a pot.
  2. Turn off heat, add a little black tea leaves, steep for ~
  3. mins for color/aroma (don't over-boil or it gets astringent).
  4. Strain into a glass, squeeze generous lemon juice and sugar; color brightens to golden. Garnish with mint to finish.
