- Turmeric powder
- Black pepper
- Cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Honey(or Sugar)
Instructions
- Put milk (or plant milk) in a pot on medium heat.
- Add turmeric powder, a little black pepper (essential spice aiding turmeric absorption), crushed cardamom, cinnamon; stir well.
- Remove from heat just before boiling, sweeten with honey (or sugar). Strain into a cup, drink while warm.
