Ingredients
- Raw ginger
- Black pepper
- Cloves
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom
- Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
- Honey(or Jaggery)
- Water
Instructions
- Put water in a pot, add raw ginger, crushed black pepper, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, Tulsi (holy basil) leaves.
- Heat, boil slowly on low for 20-
- mins until water halves, extracting spice components (*No milk or tea leaves).
- Remove from heat, strain, cool slightly, add honey (or brown sugar), mix well, drink hot.
