- Sugar
- Black salt
- Cumin powder
- Water

Instructions
- Wash fresh Phalsa (small purple berries) well, blend lightly with water in a mixer (careful not to crush seeds completely).
- Strain through a coarse sieve, pressing with a spoon to extract flesh and purple juice, discard seeds and skin.
- Add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder to extracted juice, mix well, pour into a glass with ice to finish.
