Ingredients

  • Chandan syrup(Edible sandalwood extract)
  • Water(or Milk)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Soak edible sandalwood (Chandan) powder in water overnight to extract aroma, simmer with sugar until thickened to make special Chandan syrup (*using commercial syrup is common).
  2. Put
  3. tbsp of Chandan syrup in a glass.
  4. Pour plenty of ice and cold water (or cold milk), stir well to finish.
