- Black carrots(or Beets)
- Mustard seeds
- Black salt
- Red chilies
- Water
Instructions
- Cut black carrots (or beets/regular carrots) into sticks, place in a glass jar (or pot).
- Add water, coarsely ground mustard seeds, black salt, red chilies, and stir.
- Cover with cloth, leave in a sunny outdoor spot for 3-
- days until water turns red-purple and sour. Strain, chill in fridge to finish.
