Instructions
- Put massive water and powdered brown sugar (Jaggery) in a bowl, stir well until completely dissolved.
- Add dry ginger powder (or grated raw ginger), cardamom powder, lemon juice, a little black salt.
- Strain to remove debris/ginger fibers, chill in fridge (or add ice), pour into a glass to finish.
