Ingredients

  • Buransh syrup(Rhododendron flower extract)
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Wash red Buransh (Rhododendron) petals harvested in spring, boil with water in a pot until pigment dissolves making water bright red.
  2. Strain petals, add sugar to the remaining red liquid, boil down to slightly thick syrup (*using commercial syrup is common).
  3. Put
  4. tbsp of syrup in a glass, pour ice and cold water (or sparkling water), stir to finish.
