- tbsp of warm milk in a small bowl, soak a few saffron strands for
- mins to extract vibrant golden color and aroma.
- Warm remaining milk, sugar, crushed almonds/pistachios in a pot on medium.
- Add saffron liquid and cardamom powder to pot, warm until just before boiling, pour into a cup to finish (delicious chilled too).
