  • Green chilies
  • Cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • Cilantro
  • Mint

Instructions

  1. Add massive cold water to plain yogurt, whisk well until completely liquid (make buttermilk).
  2. Crush raw ginger, green chilies into a paste in a mortar, add to buttermilk.
