Instructions
- Boil water, crushed cardamom, cinnamon sticks, ginger in a pot.
- Add Assam tea leaves (fine CTC method is optimal), boil for 3-
- mins until deep red-brown.
- Add sugar, remove from heat, strain into a cup. Finally squeeze a few drops of lemon juice to finish.
