- green chili,
- tsp lemon juice,
- tbsp ketchup,
- tbsp chili sauce, a pinch of black salt.
- Apply massive oil to a griddle (Tawa), bake thinly rolled whole wheat/wheat flour bread dough (Paratha) fragrantly on both sides so the outside becomes a crispy layer.
- Just before the dough finishes baking, pour
- beaten egg directly onto the bread, spread evenly across the dough with a spatula, then flip instantly, sizzling to cook through until the egg burns golden onto the bread surface.
- Place egg-side up on a cutting board, arrange raw red onion slices, cucumber, minced green chilies in a straight line in the center.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice tightly over it with black salt and Chaat Masala, further splashing tomato ketchup and chili sauce heavily in a straight line. Roll the Paratha tightly from the edge to wrap the ingredients, wrap the bottom half in paper and hand it over.
