- In another pot, dissolve intensely spicy Kolhapuri red chili powder and spices in massive oil, keeping super-spicy soup 'Tarri' bubbling with a bright red oil layer floating centimeters thick on the surface.
- Plate base bean curry in a deep dish, top with a mountain of spicy crispy fried snack mix called 'Farsan'.
