- tbsp oil, 150g Chicken Tikka, 1/
- red onion,
- green chili,
- tsp Chaat Masala,
- tsp lemon juice,
- tbsp Kasundi (mustard sauce),
- tbsp ketchup.
- Roll wheat dough (Paratha) thin, apply generous oil on heated griddle, bake both sides fragrantly so the outside layers crispy (Egg Roll style dropping/baking egg onto dough is basic).
- Line up chunky juicy Chicken Tikka—marinated bright red with yogurt/spices and baked smoky in Tandoor—straight down the baked Paratha center.
- Top meat with crispy raw red onion slices, minced green chilies, sprinkle Masala/salt, squeeze fresh lemon juice tightly.
- As an accent, thickly draw straight lines of Bengal's specialty sauce 'Kasundi'—whose intense mustard flavor pierces the nose—and ketchup. Roll tight from bread edge without spilling ingredients, wrapping bottom half in paper to serve—ultimate wrap sandwich.
