- tsp each Garam Masala & Kasuri Methi,
- tbsp mustard oil, cubed onions/peppers to taste.
- Move Tibetan dumplings (Momo)—originally eaten steamed—into a large bowl right after steaming.
- Add massive 'bright red special marinade for Tandoori Chicken' mixing rich yogurt, Kashmiri chili, garlic-ginger, Garam Masala etc., coating Momos heavily entirely.
- Skewer bright red spice-cloaked Momos alternately with veg cubes on long thick iron skewers (Seekh).
- Thrust skewers into 400°C+ high-temp Tandoor oven, baking smoky for mins until surface spices bubble boilingly and char fragrantly. Remove from skewers while piping hot, sprinkle Chaat Masala over, serve alongside mint chutney and raw onions. Crispy spicy outside, overflowing juicily with hot meat juice inside when bitten—a demonically modified fusion.
