- Stall vendor extracts mold from a pot packed with ice/salt, removes frozen Kulfi onto a board, slices into bite-sized chunks with knife plating it.
- Heap cold smooth ultra-thin cornstarch noodles 'Falooda Sev' on top until ice cream vanishes.
