- tsp Chaat Masala, ice to taste.
- On scorching streets, extract 'Banta'—a thick recycled glass bottle packed with a glass sphere (marble) in its mouth—submerged in a cooler filled with ice water.
- Place a special wooden push stick against the bottle mouth, forcefully strike from above 'Pop!' dropping the marble inside, breaking the strong carbonation seal.
- Put freshly squeezed lemon juice, intensely salty black salt, roasted cumin powder, Chaat Masala, ice in a glass.
- Pour the freshly opened cold strong sparkling water (Banta) instantly into it. Spice powder and carbonation react violently chemically; without missing the moment 'spicy foam' nearly swells over the glass, quickly hand to customer before spilling. Carbonation fizz, lemon acidity, curry-like aroma pierce down the throat, forcibly charging electrolytes—a strong beverage.
