- Divide cauliflower (Gobi) into bite-sized florets, completely dunk in spicy batter of cornstarch, flour, red chili powder dissolved in water.
- Drop sequentially into boiling high-temp oil in a cauldron, deep-frying fragrantly until surfaces are rock-hard crispy golden.
- Heat oil in another iron pot, fry massive minced garlic, ginger, green chilies, onions on high heat almost burning them.
- Add soy sauce, ketchup, chili sauce making gooey junk sauce, dive the fresh-fried cauliflower in. The crispy batter instantly absorbs the rich sweet-spicy sauce 'sizzle', scatter cilantro to finish. Despite zero meat, an enchanting dish where garlic punch and junk umami make infinite beer vanish.
