  9. tbsp peanuts, Batter (100g Besan flour, water, turmeric pinch), Frying oil, black salt pinch.
  10. At Kolkata stalls, heat mustard oil, fry minced red onions and garlic-ginger fragrantly.
  11. Add boiled/mashed potatoes, crispy peanuts, and Bengal cuisine soul 'Bhaja Masala (magic spice dry-roasted cumin/coriander until just before burning/powdered)' generously, kneading until overall turns brownish.
  12. Shape into flat thick hamburger-like discs (Chop) with palms.
  13. Dunk heavily in yellow Besan (chickpea flour) batter, slide into boiling cauldron oil, frying fragrantly on high until surfaces are crispy.
