Trivia
[Hardcore] By law, only those 'produced in Goa state' can call themselves Feni (GI certified like Champagne). 'Coconut Feni' exists, but 'Cashew Feni' with intense unique grassy/sugary aromas is overwhelmingly famous. Many foreigners describe it as 'smelling like cement glue' on first drink, but drinking it in Goa's sea breeze, there's no better liquor.
Eating tips & etiquette
[Unique Drinking] Lick salt while throwing back Feni straight 'gulp', enjoy the throat-burning sensation, then bite into Goa's specialty super-spicy sausages!
