  4. large transparent glasses.
  5. Pack massive ice to glass rims.
  6. From cute bottle designed like coconut shell, pour 45ml each 'glug-glug' of 'Cabo (coconut rum)' releasing clear sweet aroma. Moment poured, intense sweet tropical coconut aroma like sunscreen lotion (in a good way) rises.
  7. Pour rich sweet-sour 100% pineapple juice and coconut water for refreshment at '2:1' ratio to glass rim here (simple Piña Colada-style cocktail).
  8. Stir thoroughly from glass bottom with muddler, blending rum and juice.
  9. Garnish cut pineapple (or lime) on glass rim, insert straw to serve. Sweet coconut richness and pineapple acidity completely hide alcohol harshness, turning mouth into paradise after eating spicy seafood grill—easy-drinking dangerous beach cocktail.

Trivia

[Hardcore] 'Cabo' means 'cape' in Portuguese. Globally 'Malibu' is famous for coconut rum, but in Goa 'Cabo' is overwhelmingly the star. Goa is a land growing abundant palm trees (coconuts); combining rum made from local sugarcane and natural coconut extract, it's truly a liquor bottling 'Goa terroir' as is.

Eating tips & etiquette
