  8. Bringing nose close, amidst juniper sharpness, lemongrass freshness and earthy spice aromas of cubeb (Java pepper)/coriander spread complexly.
  9. Threading through ice gaps, slowly pour low-sweetness premium tonic water, lifting lightly just once from bottom with muddler.
  10. To finish, spray orange peel oil 'spritz' over glass surface, sinking it directly into glass. Float few pink peppercorns as accent. Elegant gin leaving mild green tea aftertaste gracefully washes away spicy Indian food oils—Gin & Tonic for Maharajas.

Trivia

[Hardcore] Supreme masterpiece lavishly pouring Indian traditional spices/herbs (Ayurvedic knowledge) amidst global craft gin boom. Using 'Darjeeling green tea' as botanical is its greatest feature; the tea astringency/sweetness spreading softly moment held in mouth sublimates gin from mere cocktail base to 'artwork'. Including bottle design, India gin's pride nominated/bought by global bartenders.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Drinking] Dilute with little 'cold green tea (unsweetened)' instead of tonic, drawing out Darjeeling tea leaf botanicals to the limit, pairing with Japanese food or mild seafood!
